The Freezer is available for use when a player needs to take a break from a character without reaping them. The following rules apply.

- Players may have no more than 2 characters frozen at a time.

- Players that wish to bank their unspent XP should do so before freezing. Learn more about this here.

- The freezer is not a loophole around the cap policy. Players may not freeze, unfreeze, and refreeze alts. Those attempting to abuse this rule will lose access to the freezer.
