- Contrary to the book, psychic characters must select a 'Focus Numina' during CG. This numina is the first numina manifested within the character and will remain the strongest numina throughout the characters life. Once numina is set, no newly learned numina may be equal to or higher than the characters 'Focus Numina'.

- Sam has Telekinesis of 3 as their 'Focus Numina'. Sam wants to also lean Pyrokinesis. Sam may never raise their Pyrokinesis equal to or higher than their Telekinesis.
